We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. For non-personalized items, we offer a 90-day return window.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Currently, Miles Kimball ships to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
