At Miles Kimball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and lifestyle purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 45 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Locate Your Packing Slip

  Find the original packing slip included with your order and fill out the return/exchange section on the back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-addressed return label from your packing slip to the outside of the box or use your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at a certified shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
